CANCELLATION, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

It is our intention to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases from us.

Cancellation

We fully understand that sometimes you might change your mind regarding your purchase. If you change your mind before receiving your order, just call our Customer Service Team at +971526369013 to cancel your order and we will use all reasonable endeavours to cancel it providing your order has not yet been processed. If your order has already been processed, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information. In all circumstances, you can always contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you.

Returns

You may return the product(s) only if

  1. It is damaged by the courier service.
  2. The product shipped was not according to its representation on the Website.

All products must be returned to us unused and with all Milano Leather tags, if any, still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice within 30 days of the date of purchase of your order. We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.

Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be returned to you.

Once we have received, inspected the returned product(s), and approved the return by email to you, we will refund the price paid by you for the product(s), except for applicable taxes or import duties and delivery and return charges.

If you receive a wrong product, or a product received by you is damaged or defective, or if you simply wish to return your product for any reason, please email us at support@milanoleather.ae to start the return process. Our Customer Service will contact you to assist you with your return request within two (2) business days. 

Products are damaged or defective if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within 15 days of purchase. Items that are damaged because of normal wear and tear are not considered to be damaged or defective. Where possible, we will offer to repair defective items.

For all defective items outside of our Return Policy, please contact our Customer Service Team at CustomerService@milanoleather.ae. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

If you paid:

  • by credit/debit card, we will process the refund by crediting the same credit/debit card used when the order was placed. Please note that refunds can take up to ten (10) business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
  • If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it, please contact our Customer Service who will be happy to assist you in your request. All products must be unused and with all Milano Leather tags still attached and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, with the original invoice within 15 days of the date of your order.

Custom-made products

Please note that any custom-made product may not be refunded or exchanged.

RETURN IN STORE

You can visit any of our stores with the physical item in their original packing, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (warranties, authentication certificates) and the order receipt.

An authorised staff member will take your package and hand you an acknowledgment receipt.

Exchange is restricted to the same price or higher value items.

Refund will be processed to your payment card and can take up to 10 working days to process.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  1. The customer is requested to verify, before it is taken from the store, that the merchandise does not have any apparent defect and is in perfect condition before it is taken from the store. To this effect, the customer is asked to sign the sale invoice copy.
  2. Customer may return defective merchandise, or merchandise showing an expiry date of less than 30 days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original sale invoice issued by the store.
  3. Merchandise with hidden defects which could be detected at any stage can also be returned within reasonable delays appropriate to the type and nature of the defective merchandise and the defect itself.
  4. Presentation by the customer of the original sale invoice is also required.
  5. If available, original packaging is to be returned along with the defective merchandise. The store manager ascertains that the defect does not result from improper storage or handling by the customer, such as not observing the recommendations of how to care for the merchandise as detailed on labels accompanying them.
  6. For repairable merchandise, the customer is informed of possibility of repair, as well as the expected delay.
  7. Should the delay be unreasonably long considering the type and nature of the merchandise and the nature of the defect, the customer is offered the possibility of exchange for identical merchandise, if available in store. If not available, the customer is proposed a store credit or refund, modalities of which will be arranged according to the amount involved.

7.      Value of compensation (exchange, store credit or refund) is that of the initial purchase value.

NON-DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  1. Exchange of merchandise is allowed within 15 days of purchase.
  2. Merchandise must be in an unused saleable condition, in original packaging and with original price tag. In case of sealed product, merchandise must still be in sealed condition.
  3. Merchandise must be presented with original sale invoice issued by the store.
  4. Return is compensated by a store credit for exact value of initial purchase value.
  5. Validity of store credit is 6 months from date of issue.
  6. Earrings cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons.
  7. Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on under wear & swimwear
  8. Customised/tailored items cannot be exchanged or returned.

PRODUCTS LIABILITY

By buying products through our Website, you acknowledge and agree that Milano Leather carries no product liability save as described in the preceding paragraphs in relation to returning and exchanging the products or refunding/crediting the price paid, and that full liability for the products rests with the manufacturer. The terms of the manufacturer’s product liability are found in the product’s package or in the notice that accompanies the products.
